Effective date: January 1, 2026
Certain Rogue Arsenal products require a signed Rogue Arsenal LLC Liability Waiver and Release Agreement before shipment. This waiver is required because Rogue Arsenal products are inherently hazardous and must be used only by legally eligible adults in a safe, lawful, and controlled environment.
Important: Your order will not ship until the required waiver is completed and accepted by Rogue Arsenal.
Who Must Sign
New customers and customers purchasing certain Rogue Arsenal products, including the BFDD and Specialty Blank Munitions, may be required to sign the waiver before shipment.
What You Acknowledge
By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that:
- Rogue Arsenal products are inherently dangerous.
- Improper use may cause serious injury, burns, hearing loss, blindness, disfigurement, death, or property damage.
- You are responsible for lawful purchase, possession, storage, transportation, and use.
- You must follow all warnings, instructions, and safety guidelines.
- You must use appropriate eye and hearing protection.
- You must not export or unlawfully transfer Rogue Arsenal products.
