Shipping and Return Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Order Approval
All Rogue Arsenal orders are subject to review and approval before shipment. We may hold, cancel, or refund an order if required information, payment validation, customer eligibility, shipping eligibility, or waiver completion is not confirmed.
2. Waiver Required Before Shipment
Certain products require a signed Rogue Arsenal Liability Waiver and Release Agreement before shipment. If a required waiver is not completed, the order will not ship and may be canceled.
3. Shipping Area
We currently ship only to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or addresses outside the United States.
4. Shipping Method
Orders ship by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or another carrier selected by Rogue Arsenal. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Risk of Delay
Shipment may be delayed by waiver completion, order review, inventory status, carrier delays, weather, address verification, payment review, or legal/compliance review.
6. Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of Rogue Arsenal products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except for verified manufacturing defects as determined by Rogue Arsenal.
7. Manufacturing Defects
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at sales@roguearsenal.com before using the product further. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video if available.
Do not ship any product back unless Rogue Arsenal gives written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that products may be lawfully purchased, possessed, transported, stored, and used in their jurisdiction before ordering.
